Payment processing fees are charged by the payment providers (not Raisefree) and vary by account type:

• US Nonprofits: 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction
• Other US/Canada/UK organizations: 2.75% + $0.30 per transaction
• Individuals: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
• Global: 4.75% + $0.30 per transaction

Funds are credited to your connected bank account within 3-7 working days after a donation is made. The exact timeline depends on your payment processor and banking institution.

No. We never charge donors. There are no tips, no surcharges, and no hidden costs added to any donation. When a donor gives $50, the campaign receives $50 minus only the standard payment processing fee.

You can invite supporters to create their own fundraising pages linked to your campaign. Each team member shares their personal story and raises money independently, while all donations roll up to your main campaign total. For campaigns run by verified nonprofits, yes. Custom tax receipts can be generated and sent automatically to donors. For individual campaigns, donation receipts are provided but may not qualify for tax deductions -- consult your tax advisor for details.
